Certificates purchased through Go To Russia are good towards any travel-related services from our company. Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Good for two years after the date of issue. Should the amount of purchase be lower than the value of a certificate, refund amount is limited to $50.00 and credit will be posted in for future travel purchases. Actual certificate must be presented for redemption - no copies allowed. Lost certificates cannot be replaced.
